- Structural Reinforcement: To ensure safety and stability, the building's structure needs to be reinforced with steel.
- Modernization of Facilities: Modern facilities will be added, including an elevator, brand-new kitchen equipment, an air conditioning system, modernized bathroom facilities, large glass windows, new aluminum windows, and a complete overhaul of all plumbing and electrical systems.
