Here are the key points for our space design:Narrow Site: Due to the narrow site, the designer needs to maximize the use of the limited space to ensure that all areas are fully functional. This might require well-designed furniture and design elements to save space while maintaining comfort.Entrance with Electric Garage Door: Having an electric garage door is a great design feature. However, given the limited width of the building (only 4 meters), it's essential to consider the operation of the mechanical parking system to ensure smooth parking of vehicles. Additionally, the aesthetics and design of the entrance should be considered.Distinguishing Clinic and Residential Areas: Designing the clinic on the first and second floors and the residence on the third to sixth floors requires a clear distinction between these two areas to ensure privacy. This can be achieved through the clever use of materials, colors, and layout.Elevator and Staircase Design: When designing the elevator and staircase, it's important to consider how to differentiate between private residential access and the route for clients to the clinic.
