This project involves a successful entrepreneur returning to his hometown to acquire property. With his children scattered across the globe due to their education and careers, he envisioned a place of retreat resembling a hotel for family members to convene when they returned home. The residence is managed in a hotel-style, with an elevator and multi-level living spaces. The living room boasts expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. Hunter Douglas motorized accordion blinds provide control over sunlight and privacy. The design features a high stone wall in the main area, exuding an impressive presence without excessive decoration. Above the dining area, a circular ceiling pairs with a round dining table, evoking a sense of togetherness and nostalgia. Jehs Laub Lighting fixtures hang above, creating a candlelit dining ambiance. The open island kitchen at the back is separated by black glass, with infrared sensor doors for easy access while carrying dishes. The rear wall is adorned with landscape slate, turning sunlight into a visual focal point. Descending to the basement reveals a karaoke room, popular during festive occasions. Ascending the stairs leads to bedrooms, a study, and a tea room, providing spaces for relaxation. The design's fundamental structure is akin to a grand tree of fellowship, fostering a close emotional connection among family members.Photography: MWphotoincLuxury Townhouse: 5bd / 4ba / 4270sqft
