Planning a residence for an investment expert, the homeowner originally preferred to live in a spacious and luxurious house. However, due to security concerns, they decided to move into a managed apartment building. The property was a bit old and had been rented to others during a certain period, making it a significant renovation project. The initial steps of the renovation involved the removal of all interior walls to facilitate future space planning and meet the homeowner's needs. Poorly soundproofed doors and windows, existing flooring, old plumbing, and more were removed. Subsequently, the entire apartment, including the bathroom and flooring, was tiled with ceramics. The renovation also included modern kitchen appliances, Hitachi-brand air conditioning, high-quality Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures from Germany, and a comprehensive inspection and upgrade of the plumbing and electrical systems. After the structural renovation was completed, the focus shifted to the soft furnishings, including furniture, decor, and all matters related to audio-visual equipment. In the end, as anticipated, the client was extremely satisfied with the ability to both work and live in their renovated home.Photography: OTTOLuxury Duplex Apartment: 6bd / 4ba / 5694 sqft
