Nestled in Green Park Avenue, this loft-style dwelling caters to an owner with a passion for global travel and vacations, desiring a space for relaxation upon returning home. Before the design process, the space was an undivided shell, and the vision was to create a visually expansive residence with essential functions, reflecting a sense of openness. The chosen materials primarily revolve around simple, natural hues. The expansive hundred-square-meter area was neatly divided into separate levels to avoid disturbance.The upper floor features a serene master bedroom, a spa area, a dressing room, and a study. The entire area maintains an open feel, with the exception of a private corridor formed by the solid wood door, which is adorned with Dorma hinges. This door serves as a versatile partition, separating public and private spaces.The lower level accommodates dynamic spaces such as the living room, dining area, kitchen, and storage room. These areas cater to the couple's daily activities. The dining area and kitchen feature infrared-sensing automatic doors, allowing the food-loving hostess to move freely in and out while effortlessly preparing meals. The overall design of the project embodies a minimalist Zen-style leisure approach.
