A Taiwanese businessperson who had been shuttling between Taiwan and mainland China, never considering settling in Taiwan, has had a change of heart. They have chosen a spacious, four-bedroom, three-bathroom, unfinished luxury apartment, hoping to find a place to finally pause and catch their breath. This decision reflects a shift in their emotions and needs regarding Taiwan, as they now aspire to establish a stable home and family foundation in this new residence. The initial steps of the renovation include applying cement plaster to the interior walls, tiling throughout the entire apartment, including the bathroom and flooring. Modern kitchen appliances, Hitachi-brand air conditioning, German-manufactured Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures, and a comprehensive overhaul of plumbing and electrical systems were also included. Once the structural renovations were complete, we take care of everything from furnishing and decor to audio-visual equipment. In the end, as expected, the client was highly satisfied with their new home.
