GREENERY AND NEW BUILDING INFUSED WITH OLD ALLEY

This is indeed an exciting development project that evolved from a simple residential plan into a multifunctional building, attracting the participation of neighbors. Here are the highlights and key features of this project:

Multifunctional Building: This building serves multiple purposes, including ground-floor retail space for rent, second-floor offices, and residential units from the third floor and above. This multifunctional design provides more opportunities to meet the community's needs and enhances the building's versatility.

Privacy and Greenery: The interior design of the building emphasizes privacy for the residential portion, with each floor designed as a separate unit. The central courtyard features greenery and the planting of camphor trees, providing visual greenery for the residents.

Japanese Minimalist Style: The exterior of the building features a minimalist Japanese design with a cool color palette and the concept of using exposed concrete as a dividing element. Japanese tiles are used for the exterior, creating a modern and tranquil ambiance.

High-Quality Materials: In the interior design, a variety of high-quality materials and fixtures are used, including kitchen appliances, countertops, range hoods, induction stoves, bathroom fixtures, and more. These facilities enhance the functionality and practicality of the residential units.

Attention to Interior Details: The interior design focuses on details, including furniture, kitchen equipment, bathroom fixtures, flooring, wardrobes, doors, hardware, and more. These elements collectively create a sophisticated and high-quality interior environment.
