THE PHYSICIAN'S MINIMALIST HOME

The homeowner is a renowned dermatologist who has been practicing in the town for many years. However, due to their children's educational needs, they had to move back to the city center. They purchased this penthouse apartment and entrusted us with planning, designing, and a comprehensive renovation, including the arrangement of furniture. Since the apartment is relatively new and doesn't require extensive renovations, we suggested allocating a significant portion of the budget to furniture procurement. Additionally, considering that the children might pursue further studies in another country in the future, we primarily focused on practical and economic design during the planning process.

Furthermore, the homeowner has a passion for playing musical instruments and enjoys high-quality audio systems. Therefore, sound engineering was a crucial aspect of the design, including the use of acoustic and soundproofing materials. The minimalist design and understated color choices created a serene and satisfying second home for the homeowner.
